Made in the 1850s shortly after Prosser's Patent expired in 1854. The colour is close to the popular chocolate brown but a little darker, so dark chocolate. It is printed overglaze which suggests that it was technically not possible to put it underglaze so to achieve the required colour required a third lower 'enamel temperature' firing. The only one we got, it's a rare tile, we do find a few rarities because we keep looking!
