Only very minor marks Style: Art
fusion This is one of those designs that straddles
several genres, art nouveau, art deco, floral,
take your pick. Take the central offset square
as a single 3x3 tile and it would be a great
example of the type. The grip pattern which I
had taken to be 1920s/30s I recently bought a
group including smiliar but also A. M. markings,
Johnsons took over Meakin in 1907. I also note
that Blanchett has similar grip pattern dated
1912 - 1930 so in dating I've opted for circa
1915. Versos very clean, embossed H & R
Johnson, pattern number etc.. Only minor marks Two very tiny rim chips, minor surface marks
