Some very tiny/minute rim chips/losses,
roughness to the tip of the rim, very clean,

Aesthetic movement A lesser often found design of the period by
John Bradburn who designed several of the most
popular tiles of the period, much more popular
than those designed by famous designers! A
fruiting branch with blossoms, it is quite usual
to show both the fruit and blossom in botanical
illustration, I'm not sure what fruit,
pomegranates, medlars and gooseberries came to
mind but I don't believe it is any of those.
Signed with the mongoram JB bottom right, on
half inch thick 'hearth quality' body. Versos clean of adhesive, some slightly
stained, embossed Minton Hollins etc, printed
registration number mostly illegible. Minor flakes bottom edge, roughness to the tip
of the rim, very clean, brilliantly glazed, surface
near perfect. Roughness to the rim, other very minor marks,
very clean, brilliantly glazed, surface near
perfect.
